Submit Talk

If you are interested in connecting and/or submitting a talk for the upcoming year, feel free to fill in the form below and we will keep you posted. Talks should run about one hour long and previous years' abstracts are available on the talks page. Please ensure your availability and note what times would not work for you in the comments section. Please ensure you register by April 18th, 2020, so that if you are selected, students can have ample time to register for your class!

Talk Registration Form

Richard Courant, Professor, Courant Math; Jacob Schwartz, 2nd Year PhD, Courant CS
Tell us what your talk is about in 100 to 200 words. Now is your chance to sell your talk! For prerequisites, what sort of background knowledge is required for following your talk? (trigonometry? calculus? basic algebra?)
Please rate the difficulty of your talk. Easy indicates that anyone with a standard high-school mathematics background should be able to follow. Very difficult indicates that the talk will be fast-paced, and that students without extra-curricular exposure to more advanced mathematics---through math camps, college courses, competition preparations, and so on---are likely to find the talk challenging. These are the two extremes, and medium and difficult indicate somewhere-in-between points of the difficulty spectrum.
Please note here if you have limited availability on the day of the event so we can accommodate your schedule accordingly.
